Øens Have is looking for an Event Manager

Are you passionate about creating unforgettable experiences? Are you organized and able to keep a cool head? We are looking for an event manager to join our team and work with us to give our guests the best possible experience.

The venue Øens Have comes alive with bees, hens, greens, and people who are all passionate about local organic food production and outstanding food experiences. In the middle of this lively and green oasis, two hand-built Yurts are home to our restaurant and event venue. The food is solely of Danish produce and made from organic ingredients. The wine is exclusively natural, and all elements are specifically picked to support our holistic vision on food production and day to day restaurant management. 

We are hosting bigger private events each weekend, from weddings, confirmation, summer parties, workshops and much more.

So, we are searching for a colleague mainly for our event venue who: 

  • Has experience with plan and execution lager events up 80-100 pax, from the first email to the last invoice. 

  • Is organized and excellent at planning in a fast paced working environment. 

  • Is adaptable and ready to work with events and taking care of planning

  • Can imagine yourself on a team of enthusiastic colleagues, who are passionate to create unforgettable moments for all guests.

  • Is a team player with a positive energy, ready for a summer with your new colleagues.

  • Preferable a danish speaker but not a demand.


Salary and terms of employment:

You will be working closely together with another event manager, and together the two of you can plan and share the different events.

the working hours will mainly be spend on excecuting events in daytime and evenings on the weekends and on admin during the week.

The employment period is from May to September because the farm and restaurant close during winter. For the right candidate there is also a possibility for less hours during the winter season to take care of administration and execution of julefrokost
