Øens Have is the largest urban farm in Northern Europe, a seasonal restaurant and event space. Our vision is to celebrate vegetables and make ecosystems less alien, as well as to grow a local community around food and ecology.

YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO FRESH VEGETABLES FROM THE GARDEN JUST OUTSIDE THE KITCHEN, AND TOGETHER WITH OUR GARDENERS YOU WILL LEARN FROM THE FIELDS.

The restaurant will open from late April and run to the end of October from Thursday to Sunday. Simultaneously we host a lot of different events side by side with the restaurant. In November and December we will have a more limited setup with Christmas dinners.

We prepare all hot food on our large outdoor grills and our 2 new wood fired ovens. We work with produce from small-scale, local, organic farmers and sustainable, locally caught fish and seafood. Therefore you will be cooking food that reflects the season. The restaurant offers both an “a la carte” menu and a “chef’s choice”.

We are looking for candidates that love good organic produce and seasonal cooking just as much as we do, and people that want to be part of a dedicated team in a friendly, healthy work environment, with collaborative spirit.

Your working week will be an average of 4 days a week, for a total of 40 hours.
