BECOME A VEGETABLE MEMBER

In 2026, you can become a member of Øens Have and pick up fresh, organic vegetables every week during the harvest season from June to November.
Everyone is welcome in our vegetable community, also known as a CSA, which stands for Community Supported Agriculture.

A CSA is a locally rooted model for vegetable production and distribution that directly connects consumers and farmers.
By becoming a member of our CSA at Øens Have, you support our organic, regenerative urban farm on Refshaleøen and can collect your share of the harvest on a fixed weekday throughout the entire harvest season.

As a member, you pay in advance for the full harvest season and enjoy eating freshly harvested, local organic produce all season long.
For us as farmers, this advance commitment is a huge support, as it secures our sales and ensures that everything we sow and plant will not go to waste, but instead bring joy to our members when the produce is at its very best.

HOW IT WORKS

The field decides. Each week, you will take home 6 different freshly harvested vegetables and fruits. This may include leafy greens, herbs, tomatoes, root vegetables, berries, and more.
Each week’s harvest will look different and reflect the great diversity of our urban farm and the partner farm we collaborate with outside the city.

As a member, you also have the option to add freshly laid eggs or take part in caring for our four hens and bring home eggs from them.
