BECOME A VEGETABLE MEMBER

THE CSA IS FULL FOR THE SEASON

THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST AND SUPPORT
You’re welcome to sign up for the waiting list at the bottom of this page.
If we have cancellations we’ll accept additional members.

WE STILL HAVE A FEW SPOTS LEFT IN OUR FLOWER MEMBERSHIP, WHERE YOU GET A LOVELY SEASONAL BOUQUET EVERY WEEK - GROWN AND ARRANGED BY US

HOW IT WORKS

As a member you pick up fresh, organic vegetables every week during the harvest season from June to November (week 23-46) at our urban farm in Refshaleøen.

The field decides what you bring home each week, with around 6 varieties of freshly harvested vegetables reflecting the diversity of our urban farm and the small, local, organic farms we collaborate with

You can pick up your harvest each Tuesday from 15.30 to 17.30.

If you cant make it in time - and let us know - we will pack your bag and set it aside for you, so you can pick it up later in the evening or the next day.

The harvest bag costs 200 kr/week.

As a member you commit to a full harvest season, and pay in advance for a full season split into two bills.

VACATION

When you sign up you can choose whether you want a membership with vacation - if you plan to be away for 2 or 4 weeks or not at all

The full harvest season is a total of 24 weeks, and if you choose vacation you don’t pay for the weeks you are away.

EGGS AND OTHER GOODS

When you sign up you can choose whether you want to add fresh, organic eggs from Stensbølgård to your membership.

Stensbølgård has mobile coops, which means that the chickens can move in and out as they please, and since the coop can be moved, they always have access to fresh green grass.

10 eggs cost 44 kr, when you add it to your membership.

During the season you will also have the opportunity to bring home other local, organic goods, such as mushrooms, honey and flowers, that you can order from week to week or buy at the harvest table

WHAT IS A CSA

CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. It connects people and farms directly: members pay upfront for a share of the harvest, supporting the farm as part of a shared community. CSA is based on collective commitment. Harvests depend on both farmers’ care and the uncertainties of weather, so abundance and shortfall are shared together. For farmers, this brings stability and enables more thoughtful, ecological growing with less waste. At its core, CSA is political: it reconnects food to relationships and place, and invites us to take part in shaping a more just and grounded food system.

By becoming a member of our CSA at Øens Have, you support our organic urban farm on Refshaleøen and the local farm Stensbølgaard and can collect your share of the harvest each Tuesday throughout the entire harvest season.

We can't wait to welcome you to the garden
as a vegetable member at Øens Have.

All the best from the garden team
