Workshop: Saving Seeds for Future Gardens

DKK 250.00

Join us for the very last workshop of the year:
Saving Seeds for Future Gardens

In this cosy and beginner-friendly workshop, we’ll put seeds in the spotlight. We’ll take a walk through the garden beds, learn about the journey of seeds, and practice collecting and saving them so they can grow into new plants in the seasons to come.

As autumn arrives, the garden begins to shift. While there is still plenty to harvest, many plants are producing mature seeds—a reminder that every growing season also holds the beginning of the next. Gardening is a continuous cycle of growth, decay, and renewal.

Along the way, we'll also talk about plant life cycles, pollination, heirloom and hybrid seed varieties, plant propagation, and much more.

You'll leave with some seeds in your pockets to take home, practical seed-saving skills, and hopefully a deeper connection to the rhythms of the garden.

Practical information

  • Date: 20 September

  • Duration: 2 hours

  • Price: 250 DKK (includes coffee and tea)

  • Maximum participants: 12

  • Level: Beginner – no previous gardening experience is needed.

  • Please wear: Weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy shoes
