The ultimate beginner’s guide to growing your own fresh food on a balcony or in a small kitchen garden

Join us for a 2 hour  workshop in our beautiful urban garden at Refshaleøen, where we’ll guide you gently from start to finish and share simple, practical tips you can bring home and try out right away.

You’ll get a hands-on feel for growing your own food—whether you have a small balcony or just a little bit of space to work with. Along the way, we’ll introduce organic and regenerative ways of growing, and show you what’s in season, so you can follow nature’s rhythm instead of working against it.

You’ll learn:

• how to get started in a simple, manageable way

• which plants do well in small urban spaces

• the basics of soil, watering, and everyday care

• simple growing techniques you can keep using at home

During the workshop there will be coffee and tea and we will have a little taste of the garden.
