On 30 July, the people behind Øens Have and Restaurant Domestic will create a unique dining experience in Øens Have, brought together by a shared belief in seasonal cooking, organic farming, and locally sourced ingredients.
The menu will be shaped by the season and the harvest, accompanied by a carefully selected wine pairing.
Fish will be served as part of the menu, carefully sourced by Fiskerikajen from local, low-impact fisheries
