Øens Have and REDUCED come together for a special summer pop-up, where we will open up the restaurant for one night only. Celebrating bold flavours, circular thinking, and organic ingredients.

Join us for an evening of relaxed, casual dining where every dish showcases REDUCED’s award-winning flavour concentrates, created from upcycled fruit and vegetable surplus, paired with freshly harvested produce from Øens Have.

Expect a seasonal à la carte menu of 6–7 small dishes (including dessert), all designed to be shared. Every dish combines the best of Øens Have’s harvest with REDUCED’s unique products, creating deep, vibrant flavours with less waste.
